Compared to time-consuming and inflexible congresses, visitors have a large range of various and exciting offerings and may select which panel they wish to participate in. The exhibition schedule offers detailed information about goals and intentions of these lectures and debates, so the visitors can make an informed decision in advance according to their own interests. Concurrently, the HRM Expo also offers a number of smaller congresses, seminars, and workshops held to cover more specific topics and niches.
