Success and Well-Being in Education and Employment

Disciplinary, multidisciplinary, and interdisciplinary contributions may cover one or several of the following topics: * theoretical frameworks of success and well-being * methodological problems attached to the analysis of the complex constructs “success” and “well-being” * development and comparison of indicators on “success” and “well-being” (like objective vs subjective factors of success (e.g. income, grades, promotion, satisfaction,…), physical health, mental health, etc) * advances in discussion of objective versus subjective factors of ”success” * relevant contribution to career topics like occupational choice, career planning, training and development, etc * comparative analyses (cultures, nations) * innovative research designs (qualitative, quantitative, mixed methods design, field or experimental research) on “success” and “well-being” * sample in education, employed sample, mixed sample * advances in statistics and methodological issues Please indicate with your abstract submission 3 to 5 keywords your paper covers.
