5th International Conference - Keeping Children and Young People Safe Online

For the 5th time, the International Conference “Keeping Children and Young People Safe Online” will be held on 20-21 September 2011 at Marriott Hotel in Warsaw. The Conference is organized by the Polish (Nobody’s Children Foundation and NASK) and German (klicksafe) Safer Internet Centers. The conference is organized under the patronage of Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union. The main partner of the event is Orange Foundation. The conference is targeted at representatives of the educational sector, NGO’s, justice and law enforcement agencies as well as Internet service and content providers. The objective of the event is to present the latest achievements in education on safety online and combating illegal web content. Speakers from Poland and abroad will present a number of innovative educational projects that aim at protecting the youngest users in the virtual world.
